These Terms & Conditions give you a clear overview of how I work and what you can expect. A more detailed contract will be provided for all clients to review and sign before we start working together. These terms may be updated from time to time.

1. Fees & Payments
- Retainer clients are invoiced at the start of each month and payment is due upon receipt.
- Ad-hoc work is invoiced at the end of the month.
- Project work is invoiced 50% upfront and 50% at the end of the project
- Late payments (more than 7 days overdue) will incur a late fee. Work may be paused until payment is made.
- Rush fees may apply if you need a quicker turnaround than agreed.
- All fees and timelines will be clearly outlined in your contract
- The specific services we'll work on together will be agreed upfront and confirmed in writing.
- Any changes to services must be agreed in writing.
- All work is normally provided remotely, and we’ll agree on the systems and tools to be used during the onboarding process and in your signed contract
- My core working hours are 09:00–18:00, but I can flex if needed. If you need specific hours, let me know in advance so we can confirm this in your contract.
- Email is the preferred method of communication, but we can agree on other options if needed.
- Quick calls (under 15 minutes) and discovery calls are not normally billed.
- Longer calls (over 15 minutes) will be billed.
- All calls must be pre-booked.
- If you need to cancel a call or meeting, please give at least 2 hours' notice. Missed or late-cancelled meetings may be charged.
- You’re responsible for providing any content, instructions, photos, or other materials needed for the project.
- All materials must be clear, complete, and legally usable (i.e. you must have the rights to use them).
- I treat all client information as confidential and will never share it without your permission, unless required by law.
- We both agree to meet all legal obligations, especially relating to data protection and privacy.
- We both agree to maintain any insurance needed for our work together.
